Darland is underway on one of West Omaha's newest class A office buildings, Pacific Springs Center II, located on the northwest corner of 168th and Pacific Streets.
 
The two-story, 40,000-square-foot office complex features architectural precast, fiber cement cladding, glass storefront and an underground parking garage.
 
The area, known as Pacific Springs Vista, has seen a host of new development in the last two years thanks to a growing residential market and the area's convenient access to the nearby West Dodge Expressway.
 
Darland broke ground in November and construction is on track for completion in early fall. Investors Realty is handling management and leasing for the building.
