Darland was selected by the developer to complete site improvements and the exterior shell of this 24 Hour Fitness Facility in Olathe, Kansas. The tenant then hired Darland to complete the interior improvements. The building is constructed from site-case concrete walls with inlaid brick and synthetic stucco. The full-service gym offers a cardio and weight training areas, locker rooms, a sauna, steam room, spa, large aerobic room and childcare center.
