American Animal Hospital selected Darland to build their new state of the art veterinary clinic that would provide the necessary room to offer additional services to their clients. As one of four bidders on the project, Darland rose to the top of the list because of a value-engineering approach that tailored the overall construction cost to best meet the owner's needs. Darland worked alongside Avant Architects to ensure the budget stayed intact throughout the project. The 10,000 square foot building is wrapped in brick and stucco with several large windows that allow natural light into the clinic. The clinic consists of exam rooms, a laboratory, surgical room, treatment rooms as well as a full-service boarding facility.
