Darland completed the Children’s Hospital & Medical Center Spring Valley Clinic near 50th and F Streets. The more than 8,000-square-foot clinic features 14 general exam rooms with dedicated areas for radiology, audiology, outpatient procedures and behavioral health. 

Before the project kicked-off and up until the building was turned over, Darland’s construction team looked for ways to cut costs while maintaining the integrity of the design. “We were able to value engineer throughout construction and come in under budget,” said Darland Project Manager, Mark Lawlor.

“The construction team had an excellent rapport with subcontractors, keeping the project on schedule without unnecessary delays. Despite a winter start date and an exceptionally wet spring, Darland completed the project on time and under budget,” said Altus Architectural Studios President, Michael Hamilton.
