Hotsy Equipment Co. hired Darland to design-build their new building based on several recommendations. Darland used the Butler® Building System to design the new building and hired Meyer and Associates to collaborate on the final drawings. The Butler® Building System helped to reduce design and construction time and, in turn, minimized overall costs. The design includes several different types of Butler® panels and the exterior of the building includes texture coated metal panels, brick and glass. The building houses a showroom, warehouse, shop area, office and a conference room.
