Darland partnered with R&R Realty to build a 38,000-square-foot medical office building for MD West One, an Omaha-based orthopedic, neurosurgery and spine clinic. The new facility is now open on the southwest corner of 192nd Street and West Dodge Road in Omaha, Nebraska.

MD West One is located in the Fountain Ridge West Development, in an area of the West Dodge corridor slated for major development in the coming years.

The clinic has more than 40 exam rooms and dedicated areas for X-ray, radiology, casting and procedures.

On the exterior, the building features curtain wall, brick and metal panels and glass storefront. Interior finishes include laminate millwork, solid surface countertops, as well as a combination of tile, carpet and laminate flooring.

The new space combines what were three separate West Omaha clinics. "Our continued growth and desire to expand delivery of services throughout West Omaha led to the start of searching for a new space." said Dr. Brad Bowdino, a lead physician at MD West One. "Our focus was to identify a highly visible and convenient location in order to better serve our patients living on that side of town."
