Darland is underway on MHC-Kenworth in South Denver. Murphy-Hoffman Company is the largest privately owned, multi-state network of truck dealerships in the country, comprising over 100 locations in 16 states. MHC provides new and used truck sales, full-service truck maintenance repair facilities and part sales. The new dealership includes a showroom, product merchandising, service center, various driver amenities, parts warehouse and administrative offices.

This is Darland's second project with MHC-Kenworth, the new Omaha location was completed in 2019. Construction in Denver began in December 2021 and is expected to be complete in late 2022.
