Darland was chosen as Construction Manager at Risk for The Tooth Doc in Northwest Omaha. Located at 15751 West Dodge Road, the 6,100-square-foot building features a warm reception area with custom finishes, five offices, 10 dental operatories and sterile lab space. 

The construction schedule for this project ran through the winter months. Darland has a long history and great reputation of delivering construction projects on time during the winter season.  In addition, Darland was selected for their exceptional budgeting and value engineering department. Darland worked tirelessly with the architect to provide cost saving solutions ensuring the project would be completed to the owner’s satisfaction.
