Darland partnered with CHI Health to build a full-service clinic near 42 and L Streets in Omaha. The single-story, free-standing clinic includes reception and office spaces, 42 exam rooms, three nurses’ stations, a physical therapy treatment area and an on-site pharmacy. Wood, masonry and metal panels are incorporated in the structure, while clerestory windows bring natural light into interior rooms.

“Our goal is to be the best place for providers to practice medicine and be the best place for our patients to receive their care,” said Keith Jankuski, chief operating officer for CHI Health Clinic. “This new facility allows us the opportunity to expand our services and extend our commitment to the South Omaha Community.”

The clinic is located near 42nd and L Streets in Omaha, Nebraska.
