Darland has partnered with Omaha-based Truck Center Companies to build their new corporate headquarters and dealership, located on a 26-acre site at the corner of Interstate 80 and Highway 50 in Omaha. The two-building facility will feature a full-service body shop, 60 service bays, an on-site training center and a 34,000-square-foot parts warehouse. 

The building's exterior is a combination of precast, EIFS and metal paneling. Interior areas feature polished and stained concrete, precast stairs and a second floor corporate office over the dealership space. State-of-the-art Sageglass with dynamic electrochromic technology has been incorporated into the main building's design to increase energy efficiency and eliminate the need for blinds on the large windows. This 'smart glass' technology automatically dims to block unwanted heat and glare, thereby maximizing solar energy.

Construction is on schedule and expected to wrap up in the fall of 2017.
