La Vista City Centre transformation underway on 84th street
Darland is underway on the Lot 10 Building at La Vista City Centre. The new, two-story building is part of the estimated $250 million mixed-use project designed to become downtown La Vista.
Sitting on the development's main street the Lot 10 Building will feature dining, retail, and entertainment tenants on the first floor. The second floor will offer commercial office space as well as an event venue. Design features include Butler structural steel, architectural precast, exterior brick, metal panels and an outdoor deck.
Construction on the Lot 10 Building began in late 2020 and is expected to be complete by winter 2021, with the first tenants opening in early 2022. Future tenants include The Standard Market and Pint House, Social House, Scarpino and an event venue. Colliers is handling leasing for the available office space and OMNE is handling the retail leasing.
In addition to the Lot 10 Building, Omaha-based City+Ventures worked with Darland to complete two other buildings in the new development. Building 3 is a 2,400-square-foot freestanding Starbucks with a drive-thru and Building 5 is a more than 11,000-square-foot multi-tenant retail strip, which will soon be home to Chili's.
