Darland was selected by Lockwood Development to build 'One California'  located at 136th and California Streets in the Bank of the West Business Park in Omaha. The four-story office structure consists of more than 68,000 square feet and features a steel frame wrapped in brick, with precast concrete and glass. The building also features a marble entry, 17,000 square feet of heated underground parking and floor to ceiling windows on the first floor.
