Darland completed 'Warehouse IV' in the R&R Commerce Park, which is the final addition in this phase of the development. The 260,000-square-foot building features include 32-foot clear interior height, 50-foot column bay spacing, insulated precast panels, a steel girder roof system, curtain wall glazed glass entrances and rear dock areas. 

The entire development features more than 1 million square feet of warehouse space across four buildings and 77 acres.
