When Thrasher Basement Systems decided to build a new space to meet the needs of their expanding company, they engaged Darland based on a successful history of design-build projects. Darland designed and built Thrasher’s facility, which included 10,000 square feet of office space and 30,000 square feet of warehouse. After estimating several structural options, Darland and Thrasher chose a pre-engineered system by Butler Manufacturing Co. This gave the building a rigid frame with almost unlimited design flexibility. After deciding on the structural design, Darland engaged Avant Architects to complete the final drawings and add the finishing touches. 

Three years later, Thrasher hired Darland to build a new warehouse for their growing business. The 26,354 square foot structure was also built using a pre-engineered system by Butler. Thrasher Basement Systems is located in the Papio Valley I Business Park in La Vista, Nebraska.
