Darland was hired to design-build the California Place office building within an aggressive 9-month schedule. California Place is located on the busy West Dodge Road corridor near 132nd Street in Omaha. The building features 35,186 square feet of office space, a two-story atrium lobby and a 16,630 square foot heated underground parking garage.

Darland also performed tenant finishes for Home Instead Senior Care, A.G. Edwards and Beck Orthodontics within California Place.
