Darland was selected to build Coddington Market in Lincoln. The project was a multi-tenant retail development anchored by a 44,000 sq. ft. grocery store. The remaining 26,000 sq. ft. was designed for smaller national and local retailers. The delevoper's vision called for premium materials in an effort to attract high-end retailers to the new shopping center. The building's structure is all steel and the exterior features a brick and EIFS combination.
