Darland provided preconstruction and design-assist services to developers at Seldin Company and architects at Architecture One long before ground broke on the Liberty Place Townhomes in South Sioux City, Nebraska. This affordable housing project consisted of the new construction of 48 units and a clubhouse configured as a complete neighborhood with city streets, sewer and water improvements.  The living units are configured as seven triplexes, seven duplexes and 13 single-family homes. Amenities include geothermal heating, a community room, laundry facility, playground, patios or balconies and garages on select units.
